goals. As an experienced and successful trainer I can align your fitness needs with
your stated goals, and develop a program providing the best workout, lifestyle

Dan Cantor Fitness programs
are designed specifically for in-home training. I provide all the equipment
required to give you a great workout! My programs will increase your strength
and muscle tone, help you lose weight, increase your energy level, and
transform your physical appearance.
I currently work with all types of clients;
I also train clients with long term
needs where I provide continued rehabilitative therapies and
general fitness programs.
