In your search for overall fitness, the first step is to understand what you’d like to accomplish and whether or not you’re truly committed to making the changes required to achieve those goals. As an experienced and successful trainer I can align your fitness needs with your stated goals, and develop a program providing the best workout, lifestyle advice, and nutritional guidance to get you on the path to your destination. Once everything is in place, it’s up to you to realize your goals through faithful adherence to your wellness program as outlined. This is critical to your success, as the time spent with me as your fitness trainer and wellness coach will be limited to a few hours a week.

I'm dedicated to helping people improve their physical condition and achieve a healthy lifestyle. The particular attribute that makes me a great fitness trainer is my ability to assess a client and provide them with exactly what they need to achieve optimal results.

My “5 Pronged Approach to Health and Wellness” provides a holistic path to your overall fitness. My aim is to help you to help yourself. I do that by providing you with the tools you need to make the necessary changes to your habits and lifestyle that will result in significant improvements to your fitness and appearance in the short term, and extend your quality of life in the long term.

Dan Cantor Fitness programs are designed specifically for in-home training. I provide all the equipment required to give you a great workout! My programs will increase your strength and muscle tone, help you lose weight, increase your energy level, and transform your physical appearance.
